I have never been staff before, but i have been playing Shaiya for 5 yrs ( 3 on OS and 2 on Private servers). I only speak English.
To me Being a [GS] means Making sure that the game of all players runs smoothly, support GMs And Admin in things that don't nessacarily have to take up there time and enegry when a [GS] is cappable of the task needed to be taken care of. and Most of all be freindly, Kind, Patience and Diplomatic at all times.
