| Hi guys this is my 2nd day on the server and I've asked around about Perfect Lapis. Outta several answeres I figured out that PL 1 = 1-15 only / and PL 2 = 20-30 only?? I am not really a fan of the lower level pvp zones but this forces me to make both a 1-15 and a 20-30 character - gear it up(which takes time) and consequently farm Silvanus and the other boss in 1-15 for at 50% drop rate and in a raid... Wouldn't it be more balanced to both keep the drops in the lower-level zones AND create a place where both PL 1/2 drop in the open 70 zones? For instance OI bosses or something like that.
As I said this is my 2nd day here so I'm not sure IF the above is already implented and someone forgot to mention it to me . But it's kinda annoying to gear/link up lower level zone-characters just for 1 Lapis isn't it? Thats basically food to the real 1-15/20-30 pvpers.

| there are PL lvl3 as well for lvl70 zone, replacing lvl8 or higher lapis with PL1-2 is basically a bad idea
